During my stay, the room was clean and comfortable, making it suitable for families. However, I faced an issue with unexpected charges on my credit card that took longer to resolve than anticipated. The front desk service could also improve in professionalism and efficiency, especially during check-in.

The breakfast choices were delightful and plentiful.
I arrived expecting a warm welcome, but my experience was quite the opposite. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested in helping me with my reservation issue, leaving me stranded without a room. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disheartening, especially after a long journey with my family.

Just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Gaffney with reasonable value. The fire alarm went off early, but the staff handled the situation well. If you need a late checkout, confirm it ahead of time.

The spacious rooms make it easy to relax during your stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodated all requests with a smile.
There was noticeable noise from the highway during the night.

The breakfast was a hit. they had everything from seasonal fruits to fluffy pancakes—perfect fuel for my adventures! Plus, the comfy beds were a delight after a long day. The hotel's location is prime, just a hop from Cracker Barrel and Waffle House, satisfying my cravings on the go.
The housekeeping service was a bit lacking. not once did my room get cleaned during my 3-night stay. Additionally, the front desk staff's vibe could use some sprucing up. too much chatting and not enough hustling.

The outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind, and I liked chilling out in the leisure room with a coffee. Just a heads up, I was a bit annoyed that the charge for incidentals took longer to be refunded than expected, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

During my one-night stay, I was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff went above and beyond, helping my friend who was having difficulty walking, which demonstrated true kindness. I appreciated the modern look and quiet atmosphere, making for a restful night. Although I experienced a minor hiccup with an earlier room issue, the overall experience was positive, especially given the meaningful service I received.

Worst experience ever
I had a terrible time here. They canceled my reservation right before a funeral, and the front desk staff was super rude. Another guest was charged double for not being immediate family. The breakfast was decent, but it didn't make up for the awful service.
