Fairly quiet and incredibly comfortable room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Location - marvellous, near restaurants.

The staff was consistently courteous, some of them especially.

Helpful and amiable staff, answered all questions. The setting was marvellous, close to restaurants. We saw Gaffney Outlet Marketplace, that's within a close distance from the venue.

Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The location was particularly good, at a short distance from Gaffney Outlet Marketplace. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment. Everything met what I needed, I would stay here again👍

Everything was spot on.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to major highways, making it easy to get around. I loved the comfortable beds and pillows, perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms had a modern style and were super clean, which made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of food to choose from.

The hotel held an extra $50 on my card without informing me beforehand. It was not pleasant to see that charge still in my account days after I had checked out.

The breakfast was the highlight of our xmas stay with a variety of hot and cold options. The staff was accommodating and even cooked us fresh bacon upon request. The location was also convenient and close to key attractions. We appreciated having Dove products in our room.

Our stay was hindered by a power outage that affected the hot water in our room and made it dusty. Despite requesting a new room, we were not offered one.

Nothing is perfect.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express - Gaffney, An Ihg went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When my friend had a fall and we needed to find a medical clinic, a kind front desk employee offered his shoulder and helped us to the car. It was an act of kindness that truly made a difference. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

It would have been helpful to be informed in advance that an additional $50 would be held on my banking account, even though I had already prepaid for the room. The charge appeared in my bank account and took too long to be removed, which was irritating.
